In 2012, the original company name was changed to Tianjin Hehaicol Technology Development Co., Ltd.

In 2014, Tianjin Xingyuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd was established.

In 2015, Xingyuan became a model supplier of Tianqi Motor and a secondary supplier of Great Wall Motor and Beijing Hyundai Motor.

In 2016, Xingyuan became the secondary supplier of Dingzhou Changan Automobile.

In 2017, Xingyuan became a supplier of FAW Fuwei and a secondary supplier of FAW Toyota.

In 2018, Xingyuan became the supplier of Prinz and the second-level supplier of Volvo Cars.Xingyuan has become the supplier of Bentler and the secondary supplier of Beijing Benz.

In 2019, Xingyuan became a FAW mold supplier.
